Heater General information External air for heating is sucked in through the soaking-up lattice of the case of the air filter which is under a windshield, and the fan moves in interior of the car. At the same time air passes through a heater box, and from there through separate nozzles comes to salon. Control of a stream of air is exercised of the gates set in motion by cables. If the heater is established in the warm mode ("heat"), stream of air goes through a radiator. The radiator is in a box of a heater and is warmed with hot cooling liquid. The passing stream of air heats up as a result of contact with plates of a radiator and comes to salon. Thermal productivity is regulated by a stream of cooling liquid for what the system has two electromagnetic valves in a cooling system contour. Regulation of air temperature is carried out by the rotary handle, separately for the right and left half of salon. The electronic device in the control unit operates time of opening of cranes of a heater depending on temperature in salon. The sensor of temperature is located behind a heater box. Thanks to electronic regulation air temperature is maintained close to a constant, irrespective of the speed of the car and external temperature. For strengthening of a thermal stream the heating fan having smooth regulation serves. |
