Removal and installation of a starter

The starter is sideways, at the plane of connection of the block of cylinders and the check point.

REMOVAL

1. Disconnect a weight cable from the rechargeable battery. The battery is located in a luggage carrier behind the right side facing.

At a detachment of the battery records in electronic blocks of memory, in particular, memories of malfunctions of the engine are erased. Address recommendations of the Section Removal and installation of the rechargeable battery.

2. Insulate a tape the plug of the cable going to a negative pole of the rechargeable battery to exclude casual contact.

3. Remove back lower facing of a motive compartment, address the Section Removal and installation of the lower guard of a motive compartment.

4. Disconnect the following wires: 1 - plugs 30 from a positive pole of the rechargeable battery; 2 - plugs 50 from the ignition switch.

Mark laying of wires not to be mistaken at assembly.

5. Turn out bolts of fastening of a starter from the check point by means of the extender.

6. Take out a starter.

INSTALLATION

1. Check a gear wheel of the drive of a starter and a gear wreath of a flywheel. Address an accompanying illustration.

2. Establish a starter and fix fastening bolts by the moment of 50 Nanometers.

3. Fix a wire at the plug 30 by the moment of 10 Nanometers, at the plug 50 the moment of 5 Nanometers.

Lay wires according to the marking put at a detachment. You watch that they did not fray about adjacent designs.

4. Establish back lower facing of a motive compartment, address the Section Removal and installation of the lower guard of a motive compartment.

5. Attach a weight cable to the rechargeable battery. Establish hours, program stations of the radio receiver.
