Removal of air from fuel system

If the fuel tank was completely spent or if any details of fuel system, as a rule, were replaced it is not required to delete air from system since he automatically leaves itself in the course of start of the engine.

At emergence of difficulties in the course of start it is necessary to check whether fuel arrives to injectors. For this purpose at two injectors turn off cap nuts and start the engine without preliminary heating so that fuel arrived to cap nuts. Tighten nuts the moment of 20 Nanometers and again start the engine.

If air from fuel system automatically is not removed, then it is necessary to arrive as follows:


 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. During the work with fuel system it is necessary to fulfill the requirements of respect for purity provided in the Section of the Rule of respect for purity during the work with fuel system.

2. You watch that diesel fuel did not get on hoses of cooling liquid. If fuel got, it is necessary to wipe a hose at once. The hoses damaged by diesel fuel need to be replaced.

3. Disconnect the pipeline of giving (3) to TNVD from the fuel filter. At the same time squeeze a bracket. Collect the flowed-out fuel and utilize it. Address an accompanying illustration.

4. Insert a hose into a connecting carving and lower it in capacity.

5. Disconnect the relay of the toplivopodkachivayushchy pump and throw plugs on a relay socle. The pump can start working, address the Section Check of the Relay of the Fuel Pump.

6. If fuel follows from accession, remove a crossing point and insert the relay.

7. Again attach a hose, having greased previously consolidations with vaseline or the lubricant which is not containing acids. Replace the damaged consolidations. Fix connection by a clip.

8. Turn off on two turns a carving stopper (1) at TNVD.

9. Turn the engine a starter so that fuel acted from a carving stopper. Collect the flowed-out fuel.

10. Tighten a carving stopper (1) the moment of 25 Nanometers.

11. Uncover at the inlet pipeline, having turned off fastening bolts. Address an accompanying illustration.

12. Turn off all cap nuts at nozzles the special tool, for example HAZET 4550. Turn the engine a starter so that fuel acted. After that tighten nuts the moment of 20 Nanometers. At leakage tighten their moment 25 Nanometers. It is the most bystry way of removal of air from fuel system.

13. Carefully pick up the flowed-out fuel in a motive compartment.

14. Again establish engine covers.
