Removal and installation of a beam of a forward suspension bracket

After installation of a beam it is necessary to check geometrical parameters of a forward suspension bracket.


 REMOVAL

1. Fix the load-lifting device on the engine and turn off bolts of fastening of support, address the Section Removal and installation of the pallet of a case.
2. Mark with paint the provision of forward wheels in relation to a nave. Thanks to it the balanced wheel will reach the former position. Weaken bolts of fastening of a wheel on the standing car. Lift and install the car on supports. Remove forward wheels.
3. Disconnect drafts at a suspension bracket beam. Previously remove caps.
4. Disconnect cross levers at a suspension bracket beam.
5. Remove the heat-shielding screen and the holder of the screen of the engine.
6. Bring outside a support under a depreciation rack.

7. Measure length of a vvorachivaniye (A) of both steering drafts, mark or count speed at an otvorachivaniye and write down the received value.
8. Turn off a lock-nut (shooter on an accompanying illustration) and turn out steering drafts.

9. Turn off bolts of fastening and remove the steering mechanism from a beam.

10. Turn off bolts of fastening and remove the stabilizer of cross stability from a suspension bracket beam.
11. Bring a garage jack under a suspension bracket beam.
12. Turn off on three bolts of fastening beams at the left and on the right and lower it down. For this purpose around back bolts partially remove facing.

Bolts of fastening have various length. Write down it.


 INSTALLATION

1. Establish a beam of a forward suspension bracket and fix by bolts to an engine beam the moment 75 Nanometers. Insert both short bolts behind.
2. Fix by bolts the stabilizer on a suspension bracket beam the moment of 20 Nanometers.
3. Fix the steering mechanism on a beam by the new self-stopped nuts the moment of 40 Nanometers.
4. Screw steering drafts at earlier measured size (A), address an illustration 7.8. Fix drafts by lock-nuts the moment of 45 Nanometers.
5. Establish the heat-shielding screen and the holder of the screen of the engine.
6. Fix the cross lever and draft on a beam of a forward suspension bracket by the new self-stopped nuts. Do not tighten a nut.
7. Fix engine support, address the Section Removal and installation of the engine.
8. Remove the load-lifting device from the engine.
9. Fix forward wheels. Do not oil bolts of fastening of wheels. Establish wheels so that the markings put earlier coincided. Lower the car on wheels. Tighten bolts of fastening of a wheel cross-wise the moment of 100 Nanometers.
10. Install the car in normal situation. The following conditions have to be for this purpose satisfied:
   The car has to stand on wheels.
   b) Front seats have to be on average situation.
   c) Each seat has to have loading of 68 kg.
   d) On a back seat in the center there has to be freight weighing 68 kg.
   e) In the center of a luggage carrier there has to be freight weighing 21 kg.
   f) The fuel tank has to be completely filled.
11. Fix draft on a forward beam by the new self-stopped nuts the moment offered by Specifications. Put on caps.
12. Fix the cross lever on a forward beam offered by Specifications the moments.
