1. Remove a power shaft and clear it.

2. Cut a collar of fastening of a protective cover of the internal hinge.

3. Uncover a mandrel of a hinge ring.

4. Remove a protective cover of a ring of the hinge and displace a power shaft.
5. Wipe with a rag hinge lubricant.

6. Unclench nippers and remove a lock ring.

7. Vypressuyte a power shaft a mandrel (1) from the internal hinge (2). At the same time put a spherical nave on a plate (3).

8. Check the hinge for existence of pollution or damages. If necessary replace with new. It is recommended not to replace the hinge whenever possible.
9. Clear the hinge. For this purpose it is necessary to sort it. In this case mark on end faces the provision of a spherical nave, holder and element of the hinge relatively each other.

At assembly you watch special purity.

10. Remove an internal protective cover (party of a reducer) through a profile shaft.
11. If necessary cut a collar of fastening of a protective cover at an external cover and remove a cover through a power shaft. At the same time you watch that dirt did not get to the hinge.

1. Carefully clear the hinge of equal angular speeds in a collected state.

2. Put on new protective covers. At the same time protect sharp edges of a power shaft the corresponding plug or stick with a tape to protect covers at their putting on.

3. Fill the hinge with new lubricant.

Special lubricant contains in a repair kit "A protective cover".

4. Install the internal hinge on a power shaft.

5. Fix a power shaft by tightening adaptation (1) in a vice.

7. Napressuyte hinge corresponding pipe (2) against the stop.
8. Remove tightening adaptation.
9. Insert a new lock ring by means of nippers. Check its landing in a groove.
10. Fill external hinges and protective covers with special lubricant. You watch that dirt did not get to the hinge. The amount of the entered lubricant is specified in Specifications.
11. Grease with a thin layer of Curil T or Stucarit Dicht-Gel 309/4 sealant sealing surfaces of a cover. Press a cover a press ring.
12. Grease with a thin layer of Curil T or Stucarit Dicht-Gel 309/4 sealant sealing surfaces of a protective cover. Press a casing a press ring.
13. Fix a protective cover by a collar. You watch that the lock of a big collar lay between two openings of the hinge of equal angular speeds.
14. Put on a cover of the external hinge and fix by a collar on big diameter.
15. Put on covers through a thickening on driving to a shaft and fix by collars.
16. Establish a power shaft.
