Removal and installation of the working cylinder of coupling
|
1. Only if the hydrowire was disconnected: Suck away brake fluid from the tank before connection of the pipeline.
|
Brake fluid is poisonous. Do not suck away it a mouth through a hose. |
2. Lift and install the car on supports. Disconnect the lower guard of a motive compartment, address the Section Removal and installation of the lower guard of a motive compartment. |
3. Turn off bolts of fastening and remove the working cylinder from RKPP. |

4. Turn off a hydrowire.
|
If the working cylinder is not replaced with new, do not disconnect a hydrowire. |
|
|
|
1. Clear a rod of the working cylinder and slightly grease with Molykote Longtherm 2 lubricant. |
|
2. Install the cylinder at the check point and fix by its moment 25 Nanometers. 3. Fix a hydrowire on the working cylinder by the moment of 15 Nanometers. Fill system with liquid. Remove air from system. 4. Establish and fix the lower guard of a motive compartment. |
